  • + How can I be eligible for the free delivery service?
You will need to spend a minimum of S$380 on products available for delivery in Singapore and have a scheduled arrival flight to Singapore Changi Airport to peg your delivery order to.
  • + When can I place a delivery order?
You may place your order as early as 30 days to 18 hours before your flight’s arrival at Singapore Changi Airport.
  • + When will I receive my orders?
You may choose a delivery date that is at least 2 days and up to 30 days after your scheduled arrival flight, excluding Sundays and Singapore Public Holidays.
  • + What documentation do I need to submit for my delivery order?
Email an image of your boarding pass showing the date of departure and/or arrival to Singapore and order number to delivery@changiairport.com for us to process your order(s).
  • + Which products are eligible for free delivery?

  • + Are there any delivery restrictions?
In-Singapore delivery is currently only available for orders above S$380, that fall under the eligible list of brands for delivery.
We offer delivery to all addresses within Singapore, excluding no-delivery zones here.
International delivery is currently not available.
  • + Do you deliver to hotels in Singapore?
Yes, we accept deliveries to hotels. However, deliveries will only be made to the Hotel Reception or Concierge. You are required to inform the Hotel Reception or Concierge of your pending delivery. Order will be deemed as delivered once the order has been delivered to Hotel Reception or Concierge, and we will not be liable for any lost or stolen parcels.
  • + Can I choose a delivery time slot?
You may choose one of the following time slots below at the checkout page:
  • 10:00am to 04:30pm
  • 06:30pm to 10:00pm

Delivery is not available on Sundays and on Singapore Public Holidays.

While we aim to meet your preferred delivery date and time, during sales periods and force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, deliveries may be delayed.
  • + How do I track my orders?
Once your order status is updated to "Completed" in your account, you may track your order by keying in your Order Number at https://rzyexpress.com.sg/
  • + I entered the wrong address, what should I do?
The delivery address for an order must be a valid Singapore address - we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Unfortunately, the delivery address cannot be amended once the order has been placed successfully.

We will not be liable for any lost or stolen parcels should the parcel be delivered to wrongly indicated address – so do check your delivery address again before submitting your order! Our courier partner will charge an additional cost for change of address for undelivered parcels with wrong or invalid addresses.
  • + What should I do if my order has not arrived?
Please email us via the web form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
  • + Will I get charged for a re-delivery?
If we attempt to deliver your order but you are not present to receive it, we will re-deliver on the next available date. There is a re-delivery fee of S$20 if your delivery fails for more than two (2) attempts.
