Departure Orders: Orders can be placed in advance of 30 days to 18 hours before your flight’s departure from Singapore Changi Airport. Arrival Orders & Delivery Orders: Orders can be placed in advance of 30 days to 18 hours before your flight’s arrival from Singapore Changi Airport. You may also combine all your departure, arrival & delivery orders in one checkout, subject to the same order timeframe and same flight timing restrictions. Please note that the iShopChangi service is only able to cater to the following flight timings: a. Departing flights (all product types, Departure Collection): No timing restrictions b. Arriving flights (Beauty products, Arrival Collection): 0600-2359 c. Arriving flights (Wine & Spirits, Arrival Collection): No timing restrictions d. Arriving flights (Parking Coupons, Arrival Collection): No timing restrictions e. Arriving flights (Delivery orders): No timing restrictions
Departure Collections: Proceed to the iShopChangi Order Collection Counter at iShopChangi Collection Centres located at the departure transit lounge of each terminal in Changi Airport. Arrival Collections:Proceed to the below location for collection. Cosmetics & Perfumes: The nearest Cosmetics & Perfumes by Shilla stores after immigration. Wines & Spirits: The nearest DFS Wines and Spirits stores after immigration. Parking Coupons: The nearest Information Counter located at the Arrival Hall of any terminal. Yes, you are required to sign up for a OneChangi ID to shop on iShopChangi. The OneChangi ID is a digital account service that enables you to connect and transact on Changi Airport’s digital portals with just one username and password. For more information on OneChangi ID, please refer to the OneChangi ID section.
All bona fide passengers traveling through Singapore Changi Airport may purchase on iShopChangi. However, you can only purchase alcohol products if you are 18 years old or above. Our Customer Service Officers may request for a photo identification. Departure Orders: You must be departing or transiting through Changi Airport. Customers who are departing or transiting through Singapore are advised to check with their airlines or the Customs and Exercise departments of their transit or destination country for restrictions on what they may carry on board. Arrival Orders: You must be arriving at Changi Airport. You may purchase any amount of beauty products on arrival. However, there are restrictions by Singapore Customs on the amount of alcohol products you may purchase, click here for more information. Delivery Orders: You must be a bona fide arriving passenger to enjoy local delivery service for your iShopChangi order(s). Local Singapore delivery service is free of charge with a minimum purchase of S$380 for participating brands on iShopChangi.
After creating an account with us, browse through the various products or search via the Search bar at the top of any page within iShopChangi. Add the products to your cart*, check-out and make your payment through one of the payment options available on iShopChangi. Departure Orders: Proceed to the Collection Centre located near the GST Refund Counter at your departure terminal. Present your passport, boarding pass and display the Collection Slip via your mobile device to collect your order(s). Arrival Orders: For Wines & Spirits (DFS) or Beauty (Shilla) order(s) - proceed to the nearest store at the baggage claim hall after clearing immigration to collect. For Parking Coupon order(s) - proceed to the Information Counter located at the Arrival Hall of any terminal to collect. Delivery Orders: Email an image of your boarding pass showing the date of departure and/or arrival to Singapore and order number to delivery@changiairport.com for us to process your order(s). * Customers who are departing or transiting through Singapore are advised to check with their airlines or the Customs and Exercise departments of their transit or destination country for restrictions on what they may carry on board.
