Graham’s was first established as a textiles firm based in the booming Glasgow of Scotland by the Graham brothers, known as William and John. The wine brand only began to evolve into a remarkable wine company in 1820, where the siblings devoted their time and energy into making the most refined wines for consumers. In 1822, the Symington family joined in the business and worked closely with the Graham brothers. With the combination of their extensive knowledge, the company has become one of the first few to successfully invest in the vineyards at Upper Douro.

After acquiring Quinta dos Malvedos, the company continued dedicating their efforts into producing even more port wines with luxurious blackberry fruit aromas, floral characteristics accompanied by well-balanced tannins.
