Shilla x BABYMONSTER Singapore Concert Ticket Campaign

• Participation in this lucky draw is subject to these Terms and Conditions. Any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, illegible, or fraudulent, or that fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, shall be deemed invalid and may be disqualified at the sole and absolute discretion of the organiser.
• Each eligible entry with a minimum spend of S$150 nett on any products retailed by The Shilla Duty Free, whether purchased online via iShopChangi or at any physical Shilla Duty Free store in Singapore, shall qualify for a chance to win ONE pair of BABYMONSTER concert tickets and beauty gifts.
• The nett amount refers to the final payable amount after all discounts, reductions, vouchers, and or promo codes have been applied.
• There is no limit on the number of entries per person. However, each receipt/order is entitled to one entry only.  Receipts or orders that have been cancelled, refunded, returned, or otherwise invalidated shall not qualify. The same receipt or online order may not be submitted more than once.
• The BABYMONSTER Singapore Concert Ticket Lucky Draw qualifying period runs from 1 October 2026 (0000hrs, Singapore time) to 31 October 2026 (2359hrs, Singapore time). Entries submitted outside of this qualifying period shall not be eligible.
• Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the qualifying period. The organiser’s decisions in relation to the lucky draw, including the selection of winners and allocation of prizes, shall be final, conclusive, and binding, and no correspondence, appeal, or request for reconsideration will be entertained. Winners will be announced on 6 November 2026 and contacted via email.
• The lucky draw comprises 24 pairs of BABYMONSTER Singapore concert tickets and 1 beauty gift set per winner, limited to ONE pair of concert tickets per winner. Tickets will be either Cat 1 Standing or Cat 3 and are valid only for the concert date on 29 November 2026. Each beauty gift set is valued at S$200 and will be allocated randomly. The allocation of the ticket category and beauty gift set shall be determined solely by the organiser and shall be final and binding. Winners shall have no right to request, select, amend, exchange, upgrade, substitute, or otherwise vary the ticket category or beauty gift set allocated to them under any circumstances.
• All tickets are strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash, credit, or any other form of compensation, whether in whole or in part. The resale, offering for resale, or any form of commercialisation of the tickets is strictly prohibited.
• Winners may be required to present valid government-issued identification and any supporting documents as may be reasonably required by the organiser for verification and prize collection. Any discrepancy between the information provided and the identification presented, or failure to comply with verification requirements, may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.
• Any prize that is unclaimed, declined, or forfeited for any reason whatsoever may be reallocated, disposed of, or otherwise dealt with at the organiser’s sole and absolute discretion, without any liability to the participant or winner.
• The Shilla Duty Free shall not be responsible or liable for any cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, delay, or modification of the concert or event, whether arising from the artist, event organiser, venue operator, or any third party.
• The Shilla Duty Free shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, cost, or expense arising from or in connection with participation in the lucky draw, the acceptance or use of the prize, or attendance at the concert.
• The Shilla Duty Free reserves the right to amend, vary, suspend, or terminate the lucky draw and or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice and without incurring any liability whatsoever.

Sitewide Promotions

• The promotion period is between 21 September 2026 (0000hrs, Singapore time) to 11 November 2026 (2359hrs, Singapore time), both dates inclusive, while stocks last.
• 12FLY60 is valid with minimum spend S$250 on iShopChangi.com, while stocks last. Discount is capped at S$60.
• 12FLY60 is valid for 3 times use per customer, valid for both non-travellers and travellers. 
• 12FLY60 valid from 21-30 Sep 2026 and 11-31 Oct 2026

Beauty Promotions

• 25BFLYBUY is valid with minimum spend S$800 on iShopChangi.com, while stocks last. Discount is capped at S$300.
• 25BFLYBUY is valid for 6 times use per customer, valid for beauty category and for travellers only.

General

• For non-travellers and arrival travellers, GST and duty are absorbed by selected retailers.
• All promotion codes are non-exchangeable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, unless otherwise stated.
• Unless stated otherwise, all promotional codes does not apply to selected products/brands; refer to the full list of exclusions here.
• Promotion code(s) is/are considered redeemed if the customer cancels the order.
• Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“CAG”) reserves the right to terminate the promotion at any time, or to amend, vary or delete any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice. 
• CAG’s decision on all matters relating to this promotion will be final and binding on all participants.
