Shilla Disney Edition Premiums

• The Disney Premiums is valid from 16 July 2026 (0000hrs, Singapore time) to 31 August 2026 (2359hrs, Singapore time), or until fully redeemed, whichever occurs earlier.
• The Disney Edition Premiums are only valid for all Traveller orders with a valid boarding pass.
• To be eligible to purchase the SHILLA Disney Edition Foldable Travel Bag, customers must purchase any products retailed by Shilla Travel Retail on iShopChangi.
• To be eligible for Tier 1 GWP: Spend a minimum of S$100 on products retailed by Shilla Travel Retail on iShopChangi to receive a complimentary SHILLA Disney Edition Postcard (Set of 4).

• Participation in this Promotion lucky draw is subject to these Terms and Conditions. Any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, illegible, or fraudulent, or that fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, shall be deemed invalid and may be disqualified at the sole and absolute discretion of the organiser.
• Each eligible entry with a minimum spend of S$250 nett in a single transaction on any or combination of the featured brands Clé de Peau Beauté, Guerlain, Jo Malone, Lancôme, and Tom Ford retailed by The Shilla Duty Free, whether purchased online via iShopChangi or at any physical The Shilla Duty Free transit store in Changi Airport, shall qualify for a chance to win one (1) prize of “Spend & Win a trip to KL for iQiyi Starship x Cheng Lei VIP Experience" Promotion
• The nett amount refers to the final payable amount after all discounts, reductions, vouchers, and or promo codes have been applied.
• The “Spend & Win a trip to KL for iQiyi Starship x Cheng Lei VIP Experience" Promotion qualifying period runs from 6 August 2026 at 0000 hours to 31 August 2026 at 2359 hours Singapore time. Entries submitted outside of this qualifying period shall not be eligible.
• As a condition of entry into the Promotion, each Participant affirms and represents that he/she is 18 years of age and above, and agrees to be bound in all respects by these Terms and Conditions (or if he/she is below the age of 18, he/she has sought and obtained parental/legal guardian consent for the participation in the Promotion and to be bound in all respects by these Terms & Conditions). For Participants who purchased iShopChangi, a QR code linking to an online version of the Application Form will be issued together with the iShopChangi order, which the Participant will use to register for the Lucky Draw.
• Winners will be selected at random from all eligible Application Form entries received during the qualifying period. The organiser’s decisions in relation to the lucky draw, including the selection of winners and allocation of prizes, shall be final, conclusive, and binding, and no correspondence, appeal, or request for reconsideration will be entertained. Winners will be announced on 2 September 2026 and contacted via email.
• Winners must acknowledge receipt of the email by 3 September 2026, 17:00 (GMT+8), failing which that winner shall be automatically disqualified, and The Shilla Duty Free reserves the right to award the prize to another reserve winner drawn from the pool of Participants.

• Winners may be required to present valid government-issued identification and any supporting documents as may be reasonably required by the organiser for verification and prize collection. Any discrepancy between the information provided and the identification presented, or failure to comply with verification requirements, may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.
• Any prize that is unclaimed, declined, or forfeited for any reason whatsoever may be reallocated, disposed of, or otherwise dealt with at the organiser’s sole and absolute discretion, without any liability to the participant or winner.
• The Shilla Duty Free shall not be responsible or liable for any cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, delay, or modification of the concert or event, whether arising from the artist, event organiser, venue operator, or any third party.
• The Shilla Duty Free shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, cost, or expense arising from or in connection with participation in the lucky draw, the acceptance or use of the prize, or arising out of or in connection with the Promotion from departure to attendance at the iQiyi event to return in Singapore
