  3. Pour in Chivas Regal 18 and peach liqueur.

  • 2 tbsp crème de cassis or raspberry liqueur
  • 4 mint leaves (for garnish)

How to make the Spiced Sangria:

  1. Mix the orange juice, lemon juice, sugar, mint, and spices in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Stir until the sugar fully melts.
  3. Remove from the stove, let it cool, and allow the flavours to blend for several hours (or overnight if you can wait).
  4. Once ready, strain out the spices and zest.
  5. In a pitcher, combine the spiced syrup with red wine, brandy, and crème de cassis.
  6. Give it a stir, chill well, and serve over ice with a sprig of mint.
