Payment for the Excess Parking Duration shall be made by the Customer directly, via a payment card (i.e. cashcard, FlashPay card or CEPAS enabled card), upon his vehicle’s exit from the relevant Designated Park & Fly Car Park.

2.4 If the Customer’s total parking duration is less than the Booked Parking Duration for whatever reason(s), there shall not be any refund of the un-utilised parking duration / value of the Park & Fly Ticket upon his vehicle’s exit from the relevant Designated Park & Fly Car Park. Such un-utilised parking duration / value also cannot be applied towards future bookings or use.

3.0 Booking, Payment and Collection Policy

3.1 A Park & Fly Ticket may be purchased between 12 hours to 30 calendar days before the Customer’s scheduled arrival flight at Singapore Changi Airport (the “Airport”).

3.2 Park & Fly Tickets can only be purchased from the Website. Park & Fly Tickets are not available for purchase over-the-counter. Payment for the Park & Fly Tickets shall be made online through the designated payment gateway on the Website using the specified payment modes, failing which the Customer’s purchase will not be processed.

3.3 No Changi Rewards points will be issued for the purchase of Park & Fly Tickets and spending in respect of the Park & Fly Ticket purchase would also not be taken into consideration as accumulated spend under the Changi Rewards loyalty programme unless otherwise stated during limited time promotions.  However, the Customer may utilise his Changi Rewards points to offset the costs of a Park & Fly Ticket (or any part thereof) at all times.

3.4 The Customer shall collect the Park & Fly Ticket from the iShopChangi Collection Centre located at Arrival Hall across all terminals (Level 1 Baggage Belt) (iSC Arrival Collection Centres).

3.5 The Customer must provide documentary proof of his identity (e.g. passport), and quote his booking confirmation code when collecting the Park & Fly Ticket at the iSC Arrival Collection Centres. The Customer has to collect the Park & Fly Ticket personally. For the avoidance of doubt, the Park & Fly Ticket cannot be collected on behalf of the Customer and no letter(s) of authorization signed by the Customer authorizing a third party to collect the Park & Fly Ticket will be entertained. The Park & Fly Ticket would not be issued to any individual who is unable to show proof of his identity, quote his booking confirmation code, and/or who is not the individual who had made the booking. In such instances, the Customer’s Park & Fly Ticket will be cancelled and refunded in accordance with paragraphs 5 and 6 below. The Customer would have to pay for parking at the prevailing standard parking rate upon his vehicle’s exit from the relevant Designated Park & Fly Car Park. CAG shall not be liable to the Customer the full parking charges paid at the prevailing standard parking rate (or any part thereof).

3.6 The Park & Fly Ticket is coded unique to the Customer’s purchase and is valid for a one-time use only. It cannot be utilised again even if the Customer does not fully utilise the parking duration / value of the relevant Park & Fly Ticket. The Park & Fly Ticket is not for resale.

The Customer may offset part of the Short Term Car Park Charges by applying the Park & Fly Ticket, and pay the remaining of the Short Term Car Park Charges. If the Customer had mistakenly parked his vehicle at the Short Term Car Park instead of the Designated Park & Fly Car Parks, CAG may out of goodwill charge the Customer based on the prevailing standard parking charges at a Designated Park & Fly Car Park instead of the Short Term Car Park Charges, subject to the Customer’s payment of an administrative fee of S$20 (or such other sum as may be determined by CAG from time to time).

4.4 The Customer must remove his payment card (i.e. cashcard, FlashPay card or CEPAS enabled card) from the In-Vehicle Unit (IU) of his vehicle before reaching the exit gantry of the relevant Designated Park & Fly Car Park. The Customer must then scan the barcode of the Park & Fly Ticket at the car park exit. If the Customer’s total parking duration exceeds the Booked Parking Duration for whatever reason(s), the Customer must re-insert his payment card into the IU of his vehicle to pay for the Excess Parking Duration in accordance with paragraph 2.3 above.

4.5 Only one (1) Park & Fly Ticket can be used per vehicle upon exit at the relevant Designated Park & Fly Car Park; the Customer is not allowed to use two (2) or more Park & Fly Tickets consecutively for a vehicle.

4.6 Where the Customer has any parking privileges or parking rebates pursuant to any of CAG’s programmes that are to be utilised via the Portal (including but not limited to free parking for having met the spend criteria in Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 public areas, or any parking privileges under the Changi Rewards loyalty programme, or any other form of parking benefits accorded under the Portal, and/or redemption of Changi Rewards points for parking rebates), the Park & Fly eCoupon shall be applied towards the total parking charges in the following order of priority (with the items on top with higher precedence):-

Example 1

A Changi Rewards Platinum Tier member parked for 30 hours. As a parking privilege under the Changi Rewards loyalty programme, he is entitled to 2 free hours of parking. In addition, he redeemed some of his Changi Rewards points for 1 hour of parking rebates.

At the exit gantry, the 2 hours of parking privilege would first be deducted from the 30 hours, followed by the deduction of 1 hour of parking rebates. The Park & Fly Ticket (24 hours block) would then apply towards the remaining 27 hours, leaving 3 chargeable hours which the Customer would have to pay for using his payment card.

Example 2

A Changi Rewards Platinum Tier member parked for 30 hours. As a parking privilege under the Changi Rewards loyalty programme, he is entitled to 2 free hours of parking. In addition, he redeemed some of his Changi Rewards points for 8 hours of parking rebates.

At the exit gantry, the 2 hours of parking privilege would first be deducted from the 30 hours, followed by the deduction of 8 hours of parking rebates. The Park & Fly Ticket (24 hours block) would then apply towards the remaining 20 hours.

If the Customer fails to remove his payment card (i.e. cashcard, FlashPay card or CEPAS enabled card) from the In-Vehicle Unit (IU) of his vehicle upon exit of the relevant Designated Park & Fly Car Park and the full parking charges for the Customer’s total parking duration are deducted from his payment card, CAG shall not be liable to refund to the Customer the full parking charges and the Park & Fly Ticket (or any part thereof).
