Dewazakura Junmai Daiginjo Yukimegami 48:
Served at the G20 Osaka Summit in 2019. Mild and clean sake with a solid body, good acidity and a lingering finish. Yukimegami is a new sakamai used only in Yamagata, and was developed as an ideal rice to make Daiginjo-grade sakes. Recommended drunk chilled.
Dewazakura Junmai Ginjo Tsuyahime:
Tsuyahime is a Yamagata original eating rice that is found to make great sake.
This Junmai Ginjo is fruity like the famous Yamagata pear. You feel the elegant sweetness on the palate. Medium Sweet with a full body. Recommended drunk chilled.
Dewazakura Junmai Dewanosato:
Crisp, clear and full of flavor. A youthful, dry style Sake with umami notes on the nose. Fresh green apple and spice, with a rich, soft mouth feel and good balance. Perfect Umami and acidity balance. Recommended drunk at room temperature or warm.
