Putting Singapore on the world whisky map, our whiskies are amalgamated with specific palate, cuisine, and climate in mind. Elegantly balanced and well-orchestrated symphony of several malt and grain whiskies, with harmonizing notes of fruits, flowers, grains, honey and herbs. Pair with specialty seafood, curries, a good cut of steak, selected cheeses and canapés. It truly is a "Blended Taste of Singapore".

Isle of Leomhann, Sherry matured, 10YO, - Elegant and complex single cask, single malt whisky, matured in hand-picked oloroso sherry casks, resulting into a powerful whisky that exudes class and sophistication. Retaining freshness and fragrance through a long fermentation and low distilling to maximize copper retention, its thick texture allows a slow sweet oak spiced palate, and a long light fruity and warm finish going down. Overall, Spicy, fresh and invigorating. Note: Leave it for 10 minutes and come back to it to find the sweeter notes taking a step back to give room for even more spices and wood. A drop of water and the floral notes liven up, with clear nutty touches as well.
Pair with stir-fried vegetables, salmon, roast or char sin pork, curries, grilled steak blue cheese, dark chocolate, chocolate soufflé and Christmas pudding.
