• Distilled with the very pure water of Loch Katrine which
lies to the north of Glasgow.
• Non-chill filtered and natural in colour, bottled at 46%
ABV in small batches.
• Crafted from the finest malted barley: distilled three
times in our traditional copper pot stills.
• Long and slow with minimum 72 hours fermentation
times and the final spirits running off our stills at under 3
liters per minute.
TASTING NOTE
• Nose ⎪ The nose opens up to sweet vanilla and
white chocolate leading to fresh summer
fruits of aromatic apple, pear and peaches.
• Palate ⎪ Well balanced and smooth with vibrant
vanilla, soft caramel and double cream
opening up to succulent orchard fruits
followed by delicate floral notes.
• Finish ⎪ Rich honey, anise and black pepper and
hints of warming woody spice.
