Bacardi Ocho marvellous 8 year old rum is the family preserve, aged for a minimium of 8 years. It's deep and mellow flavours are perfect in an Old Fashioned or served neat, but also incredibly good for using in cocktails and mixed drinks. The bottle comes with its very own ice ball mould, if you happen to prefer your ice spherical rather than cubed.
Tasting Note:
The nose is fresh and perfumed with notes of oak and peels, a little syrup with a fennel note. The palate is sweet and rich with tropical fruits, peels and winter spice. The finish is gentle and luscious.
