Instructions:
Remove the transparent plastic film and apply the adhesive side directly to the skin.
The gel has a strong adhesive power, it fits the skin and stays in place.
The gel sheets may be placed in the refrigerator before use for stronger cooling effect. Do not place them in the freezer.

Precautions:
For external use only. Do not use on or around the eyes, on mucous membranes, or on skin affected by eczeme, rashes or wounds.
Stop use and consult a doctor if rashes, redness, itching or excessive irritation occur. For sensitive skin, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
The gel sheets should be used under the supervision of a parent or other adult, when used on a child or person who finds it difficult to use independently.
Do not cover the mouth or nose with the gel sheets.
The gel sheets may not adhere sufficiently when excessive perspiration, or powder, skin cream or similar materials are on the skin. In those cases, wipe and clean the skin before applying the gel sheets.
The cooling effect of the gel sheets decreases gradually after opening the pouch. Use the sheets promptly once the pouch is opened.
Use each gel sheet once only for efficacy and hygiene.
Be careful using the gel sheet while driving or working, it may unexpectedly fall off and obstruct your vision.
