  1. Description
"Chabot 20 Year Old - A Distinguished Age Statement

To the true Armagnac aficionado, Chabot offers the distinguished 20 Year Old, a bold age-statement expression of the Chabot range. Aged for two decades in Gascon black oak and presented in an octagonal Basque bottle that pays tribute to Chabot's rich heritage, it reveals a rich gold and amber nectar of remarkable aromatic depth.

The nose opens on sawn wood, butter, clove and cigar tobacco: the palate unfolds with toasty biscuit, maple, brown sugar, honey and nougat, leading to a warm, lingering finish.

HOW TO ENJOY
Serve neat after dinner, ideally alongside dried figs, walnuts or a fine cigar. An eau-de-vie that is nostalgic in its essence, the 20 Year Old is sure to reunite old friends and re-enliven treasured memories.

Like every Chabot Armagnac, the 20 Year Old is single-distilled in traditional copper stills from Gascony's finest white grapes and matured in the region's black oak - the time-honoured craft of the world's oldest eau-de-vie, from one of its oldest houses."
Founded in 1828 in Gascony, France, Chabot carries the legacy of the world's oldest eau-de-vie. A pioneer of Armagnac exports since 1963, it is today the most exported Armagnac, enjoyed in more than 90 countries.
