90% Pinot Noir 10% Chardonnay. The champagne gives the well-balanced texture of the wine such as the high intensity of red fruit aroma and body from pinot noir and high acidity and freshness from chardonnay.
The colour is pale gold and the bubbles are fine and elegant. It is a full-bodied champagne with complex aroma and taste such as Apricot, beach, cherry and briosch. This Champagne has the fruitiness and complexity to pair with a wide variety of dishes and meat.
The grapes are grown in the Grands cru vineyards: Bouzy, Ambonnay, Tours-sur-Marne, Verzenay, and the vine is in 40 years old. The grapes are manually harvested and selected and direct pressing and clarification of must.
The champagne of the current vintage is made by 40% of selected reserve wines kept in stainless steel vats and 60% from new French oak barrel (600L).
Since 1895, the vineyard of Bouzy has been classified among the 17 « Grands Crus » villages in Champagne (out of 309 listed A.O.C. Champagne villages) based on the recognized quality of their soil and the specific climate such as south-facing terroir, these vineyards have exceptional conditions to develop the specific local grape-varieties.
On a thick chalky sediment, the vineyard of Bouzy covers 381 ha planted with PINOT NOIR (88%) and with CHARDONNAY (12%) and is south facing on the Reims Mountain.

Tasting Notes:
Floral and toasty nose. Waxy indulgent texture, layered with citric fruit, strawberry, and fruits of the forest. A terrific all-rounder.
