Named after Napoleon’s cavalry, who were the first to saber champagne, Cuvée des Hussards is powerful and expressive. This cuvée was elaborated from Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays coming from old vines of more than 40 years of age in Premier and Grand cru. Ideal with poultry, fish, shellfish and cheese.
