The Château Roc de Segur is located on Landerrouet Segur in the Entre-deuxMers, Landerrouet is a contraction of moors and rhouets meaning, in ancient times, a wild, overgrown woods and thickets: and during the late eighteenth century, these areas are cleared and developed, from the early nineteenth century, settled subsistence farming extremely rich and profuse. The vineyard of Chateau Roc de Segur has been created in 1990. Roc because the vineyard is planted on old quarries and Segur because it overlooks the river Segur.
