Distilled to a unique recipe using seven spices and botanicals, Colombo No.7 is a distinctly Sri Lankan take on a London Dry Gin. Four native botanicals – cinnamon bark, curry leaves, ginger root and coriander seeds – combine with base notes of Juniper berries, liquorice and angelica, to create a beautifully balanced, subtly spiced gin.
Alcohol: 43.1%
Palate:
Colombo No.7 is a deceptively complex, light and bright gin. Coriander seeds bring citrus notes that run throughout, with juniper, sweet cinnamon and liquorice, earthy angelica root, and a kick of warmth from the ginger.

Colombo London Dry Gin is made with a recipe which dates back around 70 years, including a number of spices from the Cinnamon Garden of Colombo, Sri Lanka. At its core, Colombo London Dry Gin features 7 botanicals - juniper, angelica, coriander seed, liquorice root, Sri Lankan cinnamon bark, curry leaves and ginger root. A good accompaniment to exotic, spicy food, and also works well in a G&T (you'll want to garnish with lemon for this one, and maybe some black peppercorns too...).
