This Dewar’s Double Double expression is aged for a minimum of 21 years in our four-stage ageing process. The final step involves finishing the whisky for six months in French Oak casks that have been evenly stone toasted to a Level 1 toasting intensity with Magma stones. This gentle toasting for two hours between 160ºC – 240ºC has aided the development of subtle notes of cinnamon, cloves, creamy caramel and baked apples with toasted cereals.
