  1. Description
Four Pillars Spiced Negroni Gin is the only gin in the world created specifically to go in a Negroni cocktail. It is a highly aromatic, rich and (yes) spicy gin with great power and intensity. We use the West African spice grains of paradise and Indonesian cubeb to up the ante, and open the plates when distilling to add weight to the gin.

Alcohol content: 43.8%
Producer:FOUR PILLARS
Alcohol Percentage:43.8
Country:Australia
Palate:
Rather festive at first, with cinnamon and orange. Hints of fennel and damson begin to take shape on the mid-palate.
Please note that taste might differ between individuals
Nose:
Familiar herbaceous notes mixed with equally familiar dark fruit sweetness. A hint of ginger and rhubarb, too.
Food Pairing:
Berries
Lamb
Mature and hard cheese
Expert review:
Master of Malt
The first release from Four Pillars' Bartender Series is the Spiced Negroni Gin! This was developed with Jason from Sydney's The Rook Bar and Four Pillars distiller Cameron, with the intent on making a gin perfect for use in a Negroni cocktail - an honourable endeavour. To do this, they boosted the amount Tasmanian pepperberry leaf and cinnamon used, and added Grains of Paradise, organic blood orange and ginger to the recipe.
