This expression of Glengoyne showcases contrast and harmony. Marrying together whiskies wholly matured in bourbon and sherry casks in perfect balance creates a fascinating interplay between the resinous, sweetly dark orchard fruit notes imparted by sherry maturation and the brighter vanilla flavours of bourbon wood. 20% first fill bourbon, 25% first fill sherry, 55% refill casks.

Nose: Fresh hay, malt flour, rosehip, citrus and dried fruit.
Taste: Clean with a gentle sweetness, a hint of tropical fruit, candied lemon, cinnamon, vanilla and apple pie. Pleasant dry finish with gentle spice and lingering oak.
