North America, the summer home of the geese gracing our glen every winter, inspired this whisky’s white oak bourbon & virgin oak cask maturation. Crème brulee, candied lemon and jam tart notes, with a toasted oak and toffee finish. First Fill Bourbon and Virgin American Oak.
TASTING NOTES
Colour: Light Gold
Nose: Vibrate oak, vanilla cream, bright citrus, sponge cake, crisp red apple, ginger spice, unripe banana and a hint of violet
Taste: Soft and playful, crème brûlée, fruit gum sweets, candied lemon, jam tarts and tinned pineapple. Lots of toasted oak laced with caramel.
