Expert review:
VertdeVin
"The nose is fine, elegant, subtle and slightly generous / fleshy. It reveals notes of green peach, apple skin and slight hints of pine, herbs, mint associated with a discreet hint of Williams pear, a subtle hint of brown sugar as well as a discreet hint of citrus (yuzu …) and an imperceptible hint of cereal. The palate is fruity, elegant, straight, well defined, slightly fleshy and offers a fine juiciness, roundness and a fine suavity. In the mouth this Whiskey expresses notes of quenette, green fruits and slight notes of quince / citrus, green plum associated with a discreet hint of apricot, caramelization / nougatine, discreet touches of ripe Williams pear as well as a very subtle hint of tobacco / smoke in the background. Good length." - 92 - 93/100, VertdeVin
