Hendrick's was named by Mr. Charles Gordon's aunt, Janet Sheed Roberts: Hendrick was the name of the garderner who tended her rose garden for 30 years. Hendrick's is made in very small batches of only 450 liters at a time. The smaller the batch, the more control can be exerted by master distiller Lesley Gracie and stillman Alan Rimmer. Hendrick's wondrous botanical signature consists of 11 different flowers, roots, fruits and seeds from the world over. They function to complement and set the stage of our delicious duet of infusions: rose petal and cucumber.
TASTE: citrus, fresh, smooth. The taste of the smooth and superbly balanced botanicals is clean and dry without being in any way astringent. Citrus and juniper notes comes through with pleasurable lingering finish of cool refreshing cucumber and rose.
