Inspired by the unique landscapes and colours of Orkney, this 11yo has been matured in a combination of sherry-seasoned casks, bourbon casks and select refill casks for a flavour that balances caramelised sweetness with bright citrus and delicate floral smoke from our Orkney heathered peat.
A brilliantly zippy whisky with a light gold colour direct from the cask. Like a dessert trolley in a glass. The nose is rich and indulgent, with Scottish tablet mingling with ginger and cinnamon. The palate adds gentle gingery spice, caramel and a waft of floral smoke, leading to a mellow, fruity glow of a finish.
