Expert review:
Saketora
Soft mouthfeel with good balance of taste and rich flavors of rice. Elegant and calm, this Junmai-ginjois the pride of the brewery.
Background:
This sake has a wonderful rice presence, and a texture to its flavour that is hard to find elsewhere. The fragrance is gentle sweet and rice based, and draws you in to the rest of the sake. The flavour itself is soft with a low acid presence.
