Isle of Singa ("Island of the Lion", i.e. Singapura) is Singapore's very own whisky brand. Putting Singapore on the world whisky map, our whiskies are amalgamated with specific palate, cuisine, and climate in mind. Elegantly balanced and well-orchestrated symphony of several malt and grain whiskies, with harmonizing notes of fruits, flowers, grains, honey and herbs. Pair with specialty seafood, curries, a good cut of steak, selected cheeses and canapés. It truly is a "Blended Taste of Singapore".

NOSE: Fresh and fruity with aromas of apple, honey and cut hay, joined by some salty/ozone, spicy notes of Cayenne, lemongrass, ginger and clove. Equal lot of vanilla leading the way with a creamy sensation, some honey, but also earthy, almost tobacco notes coming through, which open up further to a more floral-grassy note

PALATE: Clean and lively with lemon, citrus fruits and sweet oak, softened by vanilla and almonds. Later, notes of aromatic plants, liquorice, ginger and cinnamon develop.

FINISH: Warm earthy finish as the spices linger on – salt, candied fruits, vanilla, praline and herbs. After adding water the wood pops up again, and the spices become softer, more gentle if you will.

It's unique labeling and "batik" packaging also makes it a perfect gift, a souvenir of Singapore!
