Designed in partnership with Johanna Ortiz, bringing her signature coastal chic and effortless ease to Blue Label. Our bottle is inspired by the natural materials of the ocean and sustainably crafted from wild-glass and sea-foraged elements.
Our Master Blender Emma Walker, was inspired to create a whisky for those coastal moments. The result is a harmonious blend, crafted from layers of flavour reminiscent of the sea and days spent along the coast. Perfected to be enjoyed neat, yet with the vibrancy to perfectly contrast with the salinity and oily texture of a seafood pairing.

On the nose, lovely, fruit notes, with a hint of salinity and minerality coming to the fore, like saltwater holding on to the skin after a day at the beach.
To taste, the velvety texture comes through: rich and smooth, notes of pink apple crispness and delicate aromatic spice appear like gentle rolling waves of flavour. Citrus weaves through like lemon peel sprinkled with sea salt to bring out the vibrancy. A trace of salinity and ozone emerge, creating a gentle spice and lingering effect.
