Konishi DAI-GINJO HIYASHIBORI is a clear, Crip flavoured Sake. It's well balanced, medium bodied taste is perfect before and during meals. The brewing was made using techniques accumulated over 460 years. Using the old and latest modern techniques, the result brings in good taste. DAI-GINJO HIYASHIBORI was chosen as one of the Sake representing Japan.
In 2013 it was served in the first class of All Nippon Airways (ANA). ANA was elected and awarded as the 5 stars airline by Skytrax.
In 2014 it was served at the OECD conference in Paris.
In 2015 it was awarded gold metal in the "Japan Fine Sake Awards", a competition that centered around good Sake in wine glass.
