This 13YO demonstrated the creativity of our whisky maker. Using the spirits from both Straight & Swan Neck stills. A signature style with added depth of earthy spice notes by finishing in Swedish Oak Casks which adds a peppery and nutmeg influence.
Fruity and floral on the nose. Rich vanilla and toffee flavours, leading to pear, apricot and an unusual earthy spice on the palate and a lengthy finish with soft smoke and cinnamon spice. 47.3% ABV. Non-chill filtered.
