The Remarkable Copper is a tribute to our unique stills, demonstrating layers of fruit, honey and soft smoke. Using the spirits from both Straight & Swan Neck stills. Matured in bourbon, refill casks and re-charred American oak casks.
Notes of exotic aromas and with toasted oak define the taste experience. Flavours of toffee, peach, pineapple and vanilla syrup. A long and lasting finish gives soft smoke and warm ginger spice. 48.1% ABV. Non-chill filtered.
