How to apply
1. Shake well before use. When opening, remove excess product from the tip on the side of the bottle.
2. To determine where the eyeline should end, place the Graphic Liner at the side of your nose and align it past the outer corner of the eye.
3. Apply the eyeliner starting at the center of the eye towards the outer corner of the eyelid.
