How to apply
For a winged liner look:
1. To determine where the eyeline should end, place the Graphic Liner at the side of your nose and align it past the outer corner of the eye.
2. Apply the eyeliner starting at the center of the eye towards the outer corner of the eyelid.
3. Draw a dotted line from the inner corner of the eye to the center of the eyelid, then trace over to create a solid line.
