Our Single Origin napolitains are made from cacao beans selected bag by bag from six provinces in Southern Vietnam: Đắk Lắk, Lâm Đồng, Đồng Nai, Bà Rịa, Tiền Giang & Bến Tre. The unique taste of Marou Chocolate comes from the quality of the cacao beans that we source with utmost care from each province.​

Marou Faiseurs de Chocolat is Vietnam’s first bean-to-bar chocolate maker, crafting bold, award-winning chocolate from 100% locally grown cacao. Since 2011, we’ve worked directly with small cacao farmers and fermenters across six provinces from the lush Mekong Delta to the cool Central Highlands, to source and develop exceptional cacao.

We produce everything in Vietnam: sourcing, roasting, grinding, and molding each chocolate bar ourselves to ensure full transparency and quality control. Every Marou bar is single-origin, made with care to highlight the unique flavors of Vietnam’s diverse terroirs.
