Rosa Dei Masi, known as a a ""Supervenetian"", is a complex and elegant interpretation of the rosé wine category thanks to the use of the estate's Appassimento technique. This fresh and fruity rosé wine is made from the Refosco grapes, an Italian native varietal, that is produced in Masi’s Stra’ del Milione vineyards. A small percentage of these grapes is lightly dried in the appassimento process after harvest, concentrating their acidity and giving them greater freshness and elegance.
The Masi Rosa dei Masi Rosato Tre Venezie IGT boasts intense aromas of just ripened berry fruit on the nose, especially raspberries and wild cherries. The palate is soft and well balanced with lively and refreshing acidity. Long and attractive finish. Excellent as an aperitif and with antipasti, light pasta dishes, shellfish and seafood.

Falstaff
91 points. Rich pink. Fresh tangerine and greengage on the nose, herbaceous notes of sage and lavender, dandelion honey on the aftertaste. Very juicy on the palate, with good drive, stretches fruit-driven and structured to the finish. (2021 vintage)
Background:
With roots in Valpolicella Classica, Masi produces and distributes Amarone and other premium wines inspired by the values of the Venetian territories. The use of native grapes and autochthonous methods, and the research and experimentation carried out by its Technical Group, make it one of the most famous producers of high-quality Italian wines in the world. The Masi story began in 1772, when the Boscaini family acquired prestigious vineyards in the small valley called “Vaio dei Masi”, which is the origin of the company’s name. After more than 200 years of passionate winemaking the company is still in family hands, run by the sixth and seventh generations. A benchmark in the art of producing Amarone at a world level, Masi constantly innovates and passes on its expertise in the Appassimento method, which has been practised since the time of the Ancient Romans.
