The wine is crystalline with a pale-golden colour. The nose presents abundant notes of tropical fruit such as candied papaya, physalis, grapefruit, orange, and a subtle hint of banana. Its time in barrel adds notes of dulce de leche, nougat, vanilla, and complex sensations on the palate, while maintaining fresh, crunchy acidity, medium body and a long, flavoursome finish.
