The grapes, hand-harvested from dryland vineyards in Darling and Swartland, were grown in decomposed granite soils at 200-350m elevation. After fermentation in stainless-steel tanks at 15ºC, the wine was aged on lees for 3-6 months, with 2% oaked for a creamy texture, then blended and bottled.
