This is the latest addition to our Gold Range. Limited Edition Rich Oak Single Cask and 50% bottlings have won major international awards, and so we are delighted to make Rich Oak a permanent fixture in our range. It is matured in a range of specially selected ex-bourbon and rejuvenated oak casks. This whisky has a Kosher certificate. It is bottled at 46% abv.

Background:
Penderyn Whisky: A Pioneer in Welsh Whisky Penderyn produces award-winning single malt whiskies at its distilleries in Wales, including the Brecon Beacons, Llandudno (2021), and Swansea (2023). Reviving a lost tradition, the idea for Penderyn began in a Hirwaun pub in the 1990s, aiming to craft whisky as pure as Welsh gold. The village of Penderyn was chosen for its natural spring water, and in 2000, a unique Faraday copper still was installed, producing an exceptionally light and fruity spirit. Under the guidance of whisky expert Dr. Jim Swan, Penderyn adopted a Madeira cask finish, later expanding to sherry, peated, and port casks. Launched on St. David’s Day 2004 in the presence of HRH Prince Charles, Penderyn has since earned global recognition, winning over 100 awards and selling in 50+ countries.
