The 2023 vintage was a relatively cool growing season through spring and summer. As harvest began in late September, consistent moderate-to-cool temperatures remained. The cooler weather throughout the season resulted in harvest stretching into the second week of November. The lower temperatures and long, slow
ripening of the 2023 vintage allowed the grapes to develop dark fruit characters and rich, rounded tannins. The result is beautiful wines showcasing the best California has to offer.
