The 2023 vintage was a relatively cool growing season through spring and summer. As harvest began in late September, consistent moderate to – cool temperatures remained. The cooler weather throughout the season resulted in harvest stretching into the second week of November. The cooler temperatures and long, slow ripening of the 2023 vintage allowed for white grapes to maintain their natural acidity and fully express their aromatics and flavors before being picked. The result is beautiful wines showcasing the best California has to offer.r alcohol, and possessing enhanced freshness and layered complexity.
