Roku Kasane Edition is perfect for a gin fizz. Add 2 parts gin, ¾ parts fresh lime juice, and 1 part simple syrup and ice to a shaker. Shake and strain into a Collins glass. Add ice cubes and top with club soda. Garnish with a lemon peel.
