The Philosophy
Harnessing the characteristics of the clear groundwater and rice unique to the Kongo–Katsuragi mountain range, we present to you a sake that colourfully personifies its origin: Takacho.
Takacho is especially brewed to preserve the full-bodied richness present in pre-filtering, allowing to savour the essence of pure sake. It delivers full-body and clarity of taste together. Takacho recreates Japanese sake.
