This 21-year-old Tamdhu is richly sherried and full of character. Matured in a mix of American and European oak oloroso sherry casks, it layers notes of dried fig, orange peel and roasted nuts over a base of dark chocolate and spiced oak, with just a touch of smoke in the background. A weighty Speyside dram that shows how well the distillery handles long ageing under sherry. Non-chill filtered and natural colour.
