Pure cane sugar spirit is infused with juniper for 48 hours, then Australian Riverland orange zest takes a brief dip. The liquor is copper pot distilled, retaining the refined ‘heart’, before whole mulberries are introduced and steeped for five days. Gently finished with our basket press and a final filter.

Colour is intense, vibrant crimson. Rounded aromas of ripe mulberry are supported by lifted juniper and citrus. Palate is full and juicy, with initial berry sweetness followed by lingering herbal and peppery complexity.
