This limited single malt scotch whisky has been commissioned by Shin Group to mark the year of the Dragon. Composed of spirit matured for 7 years in ex Islay Quarter casks and distilled, matured and bottled at Wolfburn Distillery, Caithness, Scotland.
TASTING NOTE
• Nose ⎪ A sweet wave of fruit and citrus with a hint of peat smoke. Gentle and teasing.
• Palate ⎪ The signature sweet Wolfburn taste is ever present. Honey mixing with ripe grapes, soft tones of dried fruit and a wonderful mouth feel.
• Finish ⎪ A long fade finishing with the hint of the elusive peat smoke staying with you for longer than expected as you decide to pour another.
