Will I be able to enjoy the preferential rates even without purchasing the coupon?

We reward those who plan their trips early and will be offering the best rates to only those who pre-book your parking with us! You can purchase the parking coupons from 30 days to 12 hours prior to your arrival flight.

What if my desired parking duration is not in denominations of 24 hours?

As our coupons are only configured in denominations of 24 hours, any surplus parking duration beyond the purchased duration will be charged at the regular rate of S$0.65 per 15 mins block. Alternatively, you can choose to purchase a longer duration coupon to cater to your desired parking needs. As long as you are intending to park for more than 15 hours and 15 minutes, it is cheaper for you to pre-book the Park & Fly coupon!

Can I use multiple coupons at one time?

Stacking of coupons is strictly not allowed!

What is the validity of the coupon?

The coupon must be used by 12noon the following day, from the date of issuance.

What do I do when I arrive at the airport car park?

Nothing! You can proceed directly to park in any normal car park lot in the specific car park which you have purchased the coupon for. This excludes reserved lots, season parking lots, handicapped lots or other lots demarcated as such. Please do remember to collect your coupon from any iShopChangi Collection Centre located at Arrival Hall (Level 1 Baggage Belt) across all terminals before exiting the car park! Do note that there will be a 15 minutes collection wait time.

What happens if I forgot to collect the Park & Fly coupon?

In the event you did not collect your Park & Fly coupon and exited the car park, we will effect the no-show policy and initiate a refund for your uncollected Park & Fly coupon. However, there will be no refund of the parking fee that had been charged at the regular rate upon your exit from the car park.

What if I lost my coupon?

Unfortunately, there will be no refunds or replacement of lost coupons.

What if I am using EZ- Link Motoring Service?

For EZ-Link Motoring Service (EMS) via SimplyGo App payments

• Parking charges will be computed upon approaching exit gantry
  
  
• Available digital parking coupons (if any) will be retrieved to offset parking charges and amount will be automatically deducted
  
  
• Exit gantry will be lifted upon successful deduction

For use of physical parking coupons:

• Please do not exit immediately
  
  
• Physical parking coupon must be scanned at the exit gantry to ensure that the EZ- Link Motoring Service charges will be reversed
  
  
• To verify against the "Redeemed $X refunded" message prompt on the gantry LED display before proceeding to exit

What if I have made my reservation but will not be parking as long as anticipated? Will I get a refund for these unused hours?

Unfortunately, no refund will be issued for unused hours. However, you can feel free to make amendments by cancelling your existing booking and making a new purchase of a Park & Fly coupon, provided such cancellation is made at least 12 hours before the originally indicated arrival flight and the order status on the iShopChangi website has not been updated to “Ready for Collection”.

What happens if I have purchased a coupon but have decided to extend my trip/encountered a flight delay?

As there will be no sale of coupons at the Information Counters, you can make amendments by cancelling your existing booking and making a new purchase of coupon, provided such cancellation is made at least 12 hours before the originally indicated arrival flight and the order status on the iShopChangi website has not been updated to “Ready for Collection”. Alternatively, you can choose to pay for any surplus parking duration at the regular rate of S$0.65 per 15 mins block which will be automatically charged to your cashcard upon exiting the car park.

What happens if I decide to change my flight details or the terminal which I want to park my car in?

If your revised arrival flight is on the same day as (or less than 24 hours after) the initial flight, you can retain your existing booking as all uncollected bookings would only be cancelled one (1) day after the initial arrival flight. For other changes, such as the car park location or arrival flight dates, you can cancel the existing booking and make a new purchase of the coupon, provided such cancellation is made at least 12 hours before the originally indicated arrival flight and the order status on the iShopChangi website has not been updated to “Ready for Collection”.

Can I park my car in a terminal that is different from the one I booked?

No. Each coupon is unique and configured for the specific car park which you have booked. For parking at T1/Jewel Car Park, please take note to only park at General Car Park (instead of Short-Term Car Park) to avoid additional charges.

Can I collect the Park & Fly coupon at a different Terminal, from the one I booked?

Yes you may! However, please make sure that your car is parked at the specific car park which you have booked.

How are my Changi Reward parking privileges and/or parking rebates utilized together with my Park & Fly coupon?

Customers on the Changi Rewards Programme should note that the parking privileges (if any) will be deducted first against total parking payable amount, followed by all available parking rebates (if any) and lastly, followed by the Park & Fly coupon.
