Which car parks can I use the Park & Work coupons?

Park & Work coupons can only be used at the existing 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B, 4A, 4B Multi- Storey car parks and/or Hub & Spoke car park.

Please note that Park & Work coupons cannot be used at the following car parks:

• T2 North/South Link
• T1 East/West Link
• T1/Jewel Carpark
• Changi East Project Office Carpark
• Carparks located within the Changi Airfreight Centre
• Coach Stands

Why are Park & Work coupons not allowed for use in T1/JewelCarpark?

Park & Work coupons are offered to airport staff as an alternative if they choose to park at Changi Airport for the duration of their work day. Given the higher parking demand from the public at T1/Jewel car park and to ensure sufficient parking capacity is made available to the public, Park & Work coupons will hence only be applicable to 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B, 4A, 4B car parks and/or Hub & Spoke only.

I am a shift worker. Can I use Park & Work coupons on the weekends or during overnight parking?

Yes, Park & Work coupons can be used on the weekends or for overnight parking, up to the maximum coupon credit of 14 hours. For parking above 14 hours, the standard.

What happens if I park for more than 14 hours?

For parking durations in excess of 14 hours, the standard EPS rate of S$0.65 per 15 mins block charging is applicable for the entire parking duration, and the Park & Work coupon would only be able to offset S$36.40 in parking charges.

Can I still utilize my Changi Rewards Parking privileges and/or my free parking redeemed through Carpass for Changi Airport promotions if I am using a Park & Work Coupon?

Yes, you can use your Changi Rewards Parking rebates and privileges as well as Carpass redemptions together with your Park & Work Coupon. Your parking rebates / privileges / redemptions will be stacked in the following order:

Order 1: Park & Work eCoupon (a maximum of one eCoupon can be used per carpark exit at Terminals 2, 3 and 4 only);

Order 2: Parking rewards redeemed under the Changi Airport and Jewel Changi Airport promotions through CarPass, for having met the spend criteria;

Order 3: Parking rewards redeemed under the Changi Rewards loyalty programme, for having met the spend criteria;

Order 4: Parking privileges under the Changi Rewards loyalty programme (for Monarch, Platinum and Gold members);

Order 5: Any other form of parking benefits accorded under CarPass;

Order 6: Park & Fly eCoupon (a maximum of one eCoupon can be used per carpark exit);

Order 7: Parking rebates redeemed with Changi Rewards points;

Order 8: Park & Fly/Park & Work physical coupon (a maximum of one physical coupon may be used).

Order 9: Any outstanding parking charges thereafter can be paid through your cashcard at the standard EPS rate of S$0.65 per 15 mins block charging.

What if I am using EZ- Link Motoring Service?

For EZ-Link Motoring Service (EMS) via SimplyGo App payments:

• Parking charges will be computed upon approaching exit gantry
• Available digital parking coupons (if any) will be retrieved to offset parking charges and amount will be automatically deducted
• Exit gantry will be lifted upon successful deduction

For use of physical parking coupons: 

• Please do not exit immediately
• Physical parking coupon must be scanned at the exit gantry to ensure that the EZ- Link Motoring Service charges will be reversed
• To verify against the "Redeemed $X refunded" message prompt on the gantry LED display before proceeding to exit

Can I use the same coupon again for my subsequent visit, if I parked for less than 14 hours during my first visit?

Unfortunately, all Park & Work coupons are for single-use and any remaining balance in your Park & Work coupon cannot be re-used.

Can I use more than one physical coupon (e.g. a combination of two Park & Work coupons, or with other physical redemption coupons) when exiting the carpark gantry?

Unfortunately, stacking of physical coupons is not allowed when exiting the carpark gantry.

How long will the Park & Work coupon scheme last?

The Park & Work coupon scheme is being offered as a temporary scheme. CAG reserves the right to discontinue the sale of the Park & Work coupon scheme at any time without prior notice. However, we will continue to honour all existing purchases already made on iShopChangi, and such coupons issued will continue to be valid until the last calendar day of 3 months from the month of purchase.

Can I seek an extension / refund for unutilized / misplaced / expired coupons?

Please utilize all Park & Work coupons within 3 months from the month of purchase (for example: coupons purchased in October 2024 will be valid till end January 2025; coupons purchased in November 2024 will be valid till end February 2025). No extensions/refunds will be provided for any un- utilized/misplaced/expired coupons.

I forgot to remove my cashcard, and my full parking value was hence deducted from the cashcard. Where can I seek a refund of the carpark charges?

We will not be able to refund the car park charges which you had paid using the cashcard. However, you may retain the unused Park & Work coupon, for future use within the stipulated validity period.

Why must I purchase Park & Work coupons in bundles of 10 instead of individual coupons/previous bundle of 5?

To reduce the hassle of making multiple repurchases and having to frequently collect from the counters, Park & Work coupons are now sold in bundles of 10. With the increased frequency of staff returning to their workplace, individual coupon or smaller bundle of 5 coupon purchases will result in more frequent collections and possibly longer queues, which we are trying to minimise. Coupons are hence sold in a larger bundle of 10 and are valid for use until the last calendar day of 3 months from the month of purchase. (eg. A coupon purchased in August 2024 will be valid for use until 30th November 2024)

For purchases of smaller Park & Work coupon bundles, you may consider purchasing Park & Work eCoupons, which are sold as a single eCoupon or in bundles of five (5) eCoupons on our Changi App. More details and instructions on our eCoupons can be found here.

Where are the collection counters available for me to collect my coupons?

Collection of Park & Work coupons are available at ISC Collection Centre T2 Arrival (Public Area) only. Please expect 15 minutes of collection wait time.

How many days/hours must I purchase my Park & Work coupons in advance prior to collection?

Please purchase your coupons at least 12 hours in advance prior to your intended day of collection. (eg. If you intend to collect your coupons on 20^th Oct 2020, you have to place your order before 12noon on 19^th Oct 2020)

Why has the price of Park & Work physical coupons increased?​

The price of our Park & Work physical coupons has been revised from $160 to $180 per bundle of 10 coupons. This change reflects the rising costs involved in producing and managing physical coupons, such as logistics and handling.​
 

For added convenience, customers can also choose our Park & Work eCoupons, available exclusively on the Changi App under Account > Parking > Park & Work. eCoupons are available assingle-use coupons or in bundles of 5, offering greater value with instant digital access.​
