Tasting Notes: A bold cuvée of white Pu'er from Lincang, rose petals, berries, citrus, and Yunnan black pepper. Vibrant and dry, with light rose gold hues. Notes of strawberry and lemon peel rise above a base of earthy white tea and soft floral tones. Wild and unapologetic. Blended to evoke summer berries & fresh cut watermelon on the nose, while the mousse is fine with an elegant train of bubbles.
