This XO is a cognac with a great smoothness, fruit of the harmonious blend of eaux-de-vie aged an average of twenty years in oak barrels. The scents of jasmine and irisperfectly match the fruity flavours of banana and plum as well as notes of toasted hazelnuts, candied fruits, almond and mocha. On the palate, the cognac is still lively despite its age and reveals the famous and delicate rancio hints.
