1888 by Bénédictine® D.O.M was created to offer a delicate blend of Bénédictine® liqueur and the finest Cognac, left to harmonize for a period of 3 months in addition to the long & sophisticated process it takes to make Bénédictine® liqueur in small casks of Limousin oak. Mellowing the blend in oak barrels produces the signature taste of 1888 by Bénédictine®, balancing bold depth of flavour with a mellow finish.
