It reveals notes of green peach, apple skin and slight hints of pine, herbs, mint associated with a discreet hint of Williams pear, a subtle hint of brown sugar as well as a discreet hint of citrus (yuzu …) and an imperceptible hint of cereal. The palate is fruity, elegant, straight, well defined, slightly fleshy and offers a fine juiciness, roundness and a fine suavity.
